With over 20 years of health and wellness experience, it is needless to say that I am passionate about health and wellness. My background as a health coach, therapeutic yoga specialist, and energy worker, provides an integrative perspective to one’s health. But more importantly, my experience as a human being navigating this busy world with all its ups and downs, and challenges, has given me the empathy, compassion, and respect for others doing the same. Knowing that each person requires a different approach to health, allows me to see each individual without categories or judgement. I am able to meet each person where they are on their journey and through partnership, we move forward to find balance.
