Therapeutic Yoga


I create an individual practice to address the specific needs of each student. Therapeutic yoga can improve everything from anxiety to pain management, from injury to illness. Although therapeutic yoga is often used to provide relief from a symptom or condition, it can also be the source of an elevated experience that goes beyond a typical yoga class. It is an individual approach that can focus on both current medical issues as well as ongoing general health. Therapeutic yoga can be the compliment to your current treatment plan or a source of discovery on its own.
